PKM

PKM LogoThe Personal Knowledge Manager is a front-end tool integrated with Microsoft Internet Explorer and Mozilla FireFox.

PKM dramatically improves the ability of users to interact with information found on the Internet or the Intranet giving each collaborator the possibility to build and manage his own personal knowledge base to cover his needs.

Combined to an Enterprise portal, PKM becomes a powerful human interface helping users to efficiently organize every source of information available through their browsers and facilitating subsequent manual and automatic knowledge extraction.

Without requiring any sophisticated training, and by means of simple actions such as clicks and drag & drops, The Personal Knowledge Manager gives each user the ability to collect and organize information from unlimited Internet sites and to build personal pages packed with information.

In conjunction with BrainÆtic (product or service), PKM becomes an enterprise-wide knowledge management tool. All content organized through PKM becomes an important source of information to feed the Knowledge Management Engine's analytical, conceptual and profiling capabilities. This provides BrainÆtic with an important extra dimension of each user's Knowledge needs, capabilities and expertise over subjects, facilitating the automatic creation of "Knowledge Communities" inside the organization.

The Personal Knowledge Manager is the "true" Personal Internet
